Schleich Tennessee Walker Mare

Tennessee Walker horses have unusually long and flat hooves. They are not fitted with horseshoes and are not trimmed. This favours their typical gaits, flat walk (accelerated pace), running walk (running pace) and canter (soft gallop). Schleich manufacture amazingly wonderful accurate models of all sorts of animals, including this Tennessee Walker Mare model. This Schleich Tennessee Walker Mare model has been beautifully hand painted to give wonderful role play to children and also makes a great collectors item for the nature enthusiast.
